In view of the extensive range of products sold by us, it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all our products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are provided for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Goods should be bought for the correct application, weight and rider skill / age requirement. Cape Town Motorcycles has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. While we try and ensure that all the prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display accurately the colours of our products you see on our website, however as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cape Town Motorcycles disclaims all warranties, express, or implied, as to the accuracy contained in any of the materials on this website. Cape Town Motorcycles shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract bought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed by accordance of South African law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa. All contracts are concluded in English.

Finance Terms and Conditions

Finance terms and conditions will be given by the 3^rd party finance company.

Credit Card Payment

All Credit Card payments shall require the signature of the cardholder upon collection of the goods or else the goods shall not be released. We shall only allow the cardholder to collect of which positive ID is required (RSA Identity document or Passport – NO DRIVERS LICENCE). All fraudulent attempts shall be handed over to our private investigating unit.

Refund Policy

Once collected from Cape Town Motorcycles, YOU CANNOT RETURN FOR ANY ITEM FOR A REFUND. Should you arrive at Cape Town Motorcycles and not be satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order. The standard cancellation charge will be charged upon refund. Should any selected item be damaged before acceptance from Cape Town Motorcycles, only the specific item may be exchanged or refunded in full.
